Scholarships

The Barnesville Area Education Foundation is proud to support local students as they take the next step in their education. Through the generosity of alumni, community members, families, and friends of Barnesville schools, the Foundation helps provide scholarship opportunities for deserving students each year.

Scholarship support has become one of the Foundation's most meaningful areas of impact. What began as a way to meet educational needs beyond regular school funding has grown into a lasting investment in Barnesville students and their futures. Over the years, the Foundation has helped award more than $1 million in scholarship funding, giving students additional encouragement and financial support as they pursue college, career training, and other post-secondary opportunities.

Each scholarship fund reflects the values of those who established it: a belief in education, service, hard work, and the promise of future generations.
